We realized that we ordered the incorrect size mattress at the time of delivery (my fault-not the stores) and it was quickly corrected and the new one delivered the next day. Great products and excellent customer service!

I have a lot of back problems and shoulder pain and she was so knowledgeable on all the mattresses and was so patient and sweet to work with.
