  2/15/16 We received a proposal, made a down pmt and was told that the job, in our small kitchen, would be done in time for a grad party 5/29/16. The cabinets were delivered 4/6/16. The installer found 2 cabs to be damaged and several doors and a drawer that also had cracks and flaws. I was told that the items were reordered and del would be 5/3. Upon del, one cab was the wrong size and the other was never even made! Now I am being told that the newest shipments are 5/22 and 5/29. We paid them in full 4/6. They refuse to refund any $ for the damaged items (at least until undamaged merchandise is received) or any comp for the inconvenience of going without a kitchen for so long. Plus, our salesman expects me to complain and request compensation from the manufacturer! Who knows when this job from hell will be done...
