  Love this store! We went to the one in Elgin, IL. Yesterday to get my daughter a birthday present. While we were looking around I asked one of the workers about a certain race car track. She took me to where they would be if they had them. But she also offered to look them up. I told her it was no big deal. Not to worry about it. She did it anyways and came back to find me to tell me what she found. That was very sweet of her So then my daughter picks out a bike. So we take the ticket up front, along with some other things. I was asking the cashier what all the bike came with to make sure it had what I wanted. She went over to the service desk and figured out everything it came with for me. We bought everything. She asked me if I wanted it in a box or put together. I said I just wanted it in a box. As we are waiting for it to be brought up she asked if this was for a birthday. I said yes her 5th birthday. The cashier took her over and let her announce her name and age on the intercom. Gave her a ballon and a crown and a bag of goodies. That all was just so cool and appreciated. So then the guy brings the bike up. It's the floor model as they don't have any left. So the assistant manager comes up. Apologizes that I was told they had one when they didn't. I said it was totally fine. She was riding that one all around the store. He offered to give us the basket and horn we bought extra for it for free. I told him that would be perfect. He gets done. Shows me what he did but said he felt it wasn't enough and that he took an extra $20 off. And to take her out to dinner for her birthday. Now he didn't have to do that. But omg do we appreciate it. We are military and just got moved her from Florida. Really don't have any extra money. I wasn't even going to get her anything. Was just going to take her out to dinner. But we decided to go ahead and get her something. And to be greeted with such kind caring workers was just so awesome. I don't know how to tell you how much we appreciate it!!! But I can tell you we will always go out of our way to come to this store!!
